ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Kids Martial Arts Foundations builds a genuine athletic base, not just a class to burn off energy. We draw on three things at once: Taekwondo for structure, control and technical kicking; kickboxing for timing, distance and real striking skill; and high performance plyometrics for the speed, power and body control that make everything else possible.
Classes focus on the basics, coordination, teamwork, and character. Every child is tracked through our level system, celebrating their personal progress so no one gets left behind. Every achievement is recognized, building a positive cycle of self belief that carries into school, friendships, and family life.
Foundations is where every young student starts, and it opens into three routes they can take as far as they want. Masters Club is the performance route, built around demonstrations and showcases. Competition covers both kickboxing and ITF tournaments, and families choose which direction suits their child. Leadership Club develops the mentoring and coaching skills that lead to real employment with the academy.
Our anti bullying curriculum gives kids the awareness and skills to handle tough situations with confidence and composure, without resorting to aggression. Beyond regular classes, students take part in kids and community events through the year, building friendships and a sense of belonging that goes beyond the training floor.
Kids classes run Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, at our Bathgate Way studio beside IKEA. Your first class is free — no uniform and no experience needed.
